2025 Azores challenge
We are a group of 24 Guides, Rangers and Leaders from the Midlands who will betravelling to the Azores in 2025. We will be completing various activities whilst staying on São Miguel. We have designed this activity pack together to complement our pineapple shaped trip badge. We have given suggestions for the number of activities to be completed by each section but this can be adapted to suit.

The More in Common badge is a partnership between Birmingham Scouts, Girlguiding Birmingham and the Jo Cox Foundation. The ethos of the badge is to encourage Scouts and Guides to show compassion, kindness and friendship to others, and to reach out across our diverse communities.

A Year Outdoors – challenge pack
Get outside whatever the time of year, whatever the weather. Our activities can be carried out in any outdoor space from a wood or field to a pavement or driveway. There are also indoor alternatives when necessary.
This circle is made up of four badges one for each of the seasons. You could do all four badges as a theme for a camp or holiday or complete the badges throughout the year building the full set as you go.
On His Majesty’s Service Challenge
King Charles III has pledged to continue Queen Elizabeth II’s promise of lifelong service, and to serve the country “with loyalty, respect and love”.
Your task is to help the King and your community by completing as many of these challenges as you can. Some are quick and simple, some of them will take you a bit longer, some might require you to try something new and some will be best done with others. All of these challenges will mean that you are keeping your Promise.
