A girlguiding 1st response training held at our county headquarters, a short walk from New Street Station in Birmingham.
To book your place please email countyoffice@girlguidingbirmingham.org.uk with your name, unit, membership number and expiry date of your current qualification (if you have one)
- Our address is Trefoil House, 2 Ellis Street, Birmingham B1 1HL
- The building will be open from 9am, please arrive in time to register before the training starts at 9.30am
- Please ensure you have completed the First Response e-learning before you come to the training. You can find it here 1st Response training | Girlguiding
- We will need your Girlguiding membership number so we can update GO with your qualification. If you volunteer with a county outside Birmingham you will need to let us know your county so we can notify your county office and ask them to update your GO record.
- There is no cost for this training but you will be charged if you book a place and fail to turn up.
- Drinks will be available throughout the day, but you need to bring a packed lunch. There will be a short lunch break but not enough time to leave the building.
- Uniform is required, if possible, as for all our trainings, but please wear clothes that allow you to get to the floor. If you are unable to kneel on the floor, please let your trainer know at the start.
