What an exciting day we had at West Midland Safari Park, snaking around the park following coach after coach, avoiding the rain and seeing so many magnificent animals along the way. Excited girls entering the park after eating our packed lunches of course! What a sea of yellow and blue greeted us at the every turn.
We watched the penguins being fed, visited the Bat Cave, the Insect house and then ventured into the “Land of the Dinosaurs”, with one Brownie asking if they were real?
The main attraction was the Adventure Theme Park with lots of different rides to suit all ages and when the sun came out to play it was glorious with the sounds of laughter and many excited squeals!
Soon it was time to make our way over to the coach park ready for departure and journey home.
What a day we had!
