To mark the 60th Anniversary of the Pennine Way, we have been invited by Girlguiding North West England to join them on the 268-mile route in celebration. The route will be broken down into manageable sections so anyone who wants to take part can!
Our group will be allocated a section of the Pennine Way which we will be responsible for covering on the day. There are 10km, 16km and 26km options available – let us know on the form which you would like to do and we can provide appropriate transport.
No walking qualification is required to take part in this event. We have leaders coming with us who have the required qualifications for the sections we are doing. All groups will have somebody with them with a qualification relevant to the terrain.
There is no cost to take part in the challenge. We will ask for a payment per person to cover the cost of a coach/minibus, plus badges and we will confirm this when we know how many people would like to take part.
Please use the form below to let us know your interest and we will keep you in touch with further details.

Please note that whilst this event is open to members of North East England, North West England and the Midlands, the information in this form is being collated by Girlguiding North West England and will be stored electronically at the North West region office.
