Launch & Information Meeting
Monday 10th November at 7pm at Trefoil House
- Are you looking for your next International Adventure?
- Do you want a week of activities including skiing, sledging and hiking, as well as a full evening programme of activities in Switzerland?
- Then we might just have the perfect solution for you.
- We are pleased to launch our joint Birmingham Scouts and Guides trip to Kandersteg in February 2027.
- Young People can attend the trip even if leaders from their group are not coming, so we kindly ask leaders to share this information with all their Young People, even if they are not personally interested or able to attend.
Want to learn more?
We will be holding an information evening on Monday 10th November 2025 at Trefoil House, 2 Ellis Street, Birmingham, B1 1HL, with arrivals from 7pm and the session starting at 7.30pm. Here you can find out further information about the trip, meet the organising team, and ask any questions you may have.
There is no need to book for this information evening – please just turn up on the night.
Attending the launch night does not commit you to the trip, but allows you to understand more about what it offers. We encourage all those who are interested to attend, learn more, and hear directly from the organising team.
Key Trip Details
We will be travelling to Switzerland on Friday 12th February and returning on Sunday 21st February, giving a full week in Switzerland. The cost of the trip is £1,425, which includes all travel, food, accommodation and activities.
Participants will need to be 12 or older at the date of departure (born on or before 12th February 2015). We are looking for both Young People and adults to attend the trip.
This is a joint trip between Birmingham Scouts and Guides, and it always proves to be a fantastic experience.
