Are you looking for an introduction to guide camp – a camp you can turn up to with no planning – a chance to get your guides camping before county camp next year?
We are stepping up from one night sleepovers in 2025 to a two night camp this year. Rangers and young leaders are welcome to join this camp.
We will be camping in lightweight tents and will teach the guides to look after their kit in a tent. We will be doing a mixture of adventurous, craft, cooking and relaxing activities throughout the weekend. If the weather allows we may sleep under the stars for one night.
Guides can attend this event without a leader from their unit. However, they must be booked onto the camp by their leader.
Date: Friday 10th – Sunday 12th July 2026
Timings: Arrive from 5pm on the Friday – leave 3pm on the Sunday
Venue: Beaconfield Campsite, Monument Lane, Lickey, B45 9QJ
Cost: Guides £40 / Leaders £15
A full kit list will be issued with a health form and consent form to everyone who books.
Leaders – please make your booking using the form below. Even if you are not attending, you need to make the booking for the girls in your unit.
